2026 NFL Mock Draft 1.0 (Picks 22-32) and Fantasy Football Impact

We have already gone over my 2026 NFL Mock Draft 1.0 picks 1-21 and the fantasy football impact of those picks. Below are the picks for my 2026 NFL Mock Draft 1.0 (picks 22-32):

Missed picks 11-21? Read here!

The Chargers could use this pick to help solidify the offensive line in order to build around quarterback Justin Herbert and protect second-year running back Omarion Hampton. However, they could also use a young pass rusher to get after the quarterback and that is what they get here with T.J. Parker.

T.J. Parker had a fantastic season in 2024 and if he had followed that up with a similar season last year, then he would have gone much sooner. However, he could be a talent for a team if he can get back to that form. He is a strong and physical edge setter. He attacks with power and uses his hands very well to get off of blocks. He lacks speed and will need to win quickly out of the gate to be effective at the next level.

Parker can bottle up the run game and could make it a long day for fantasy running backs. He has shown inconsistency with rushing the passer, but if he works on his craft he has the power to be a disruption for quarterbacks as well.

The Eagles could use some help on the edge, but with Parker just going in the previous pick the best option here might be offensive tackle Blake Miller. Philadelphia doesn’t have an immediate need on the offensive line, but Blake Miller could be a depth piece this year learning from veteran Lane Johnson and could take over at right tackle next season.

Blake Miller started 54 games in college and has proven to be a reliable asset. With long arms, big hands, and quick feet, Miller has all of the tools to excel as a right tackle. He has quick feet which allow him to successfully pull, and he has a long kick slide which allows him to get quickly into passing sets.

Miller has the tools, but he is a raw talent. He could use a year of learning from a veteran. He needs to be coached up with using his quick feet effectively and proper use of his hands. Blake Miller needs to lower his pad level when blocking as well.

In this situation Miller likely wouldn’t have a big impact next season in fantasy football, but going forward after that could be a guy that helps Saquon Barkley or any future starting running backs have some amazing games on the ground.

We mentioned in their first selection that the Browns could use an offensive tackle and they make that pick here. Caleb Lomu would be able to come in and start at the LT spot for them.

Caleb Lomu has the prototypical size of a left tackle and is a very athletic tackle. Lomu does very well in pass protection but does have some work to do with his pad level and his consistency in footwork to help with his run blocking. He sets up well in pass protection with good posture and anchors down against the pass rush. Lomu needs to work on his overall strength to fully maximize his potential.

In this situation, Lomu would come in and have an immediate impact on the protection of the Browns starting quarterback. He will also be involved in helping to open up running lanes for second year running back Quinshon Judkins.

The Chicago Bears lost both of their starting safeties this offseason, so here they work on replacing that production. The selection of Emmanual McNeil-Warren would jumpstart the rebuild at the safety position.

At 6’3” Emmanuel McNeil-Warren is a tall and lengthy safety. He is more of an in-the-box safety and likely won’t star as a centerfielder. He closes quickly in coverage and has a great feel for slipping blockers to be a very effective as a run supporter. He strikes with power and shows similar technique to Charles “Peanut” Tillman and Marlon Humphrey when it comes to punching the football out of the offensive players’ hands.

McNeil-Warren’s biggest fantasy impact will likely be against your running backs. He is an urgent run defender and could be a menace when it comes to your running backs gaining traction in games against him.

The Buffalo Bills’ top need is edge rusher, and one just happens to fall into their lap here. Cashius Howell would be an excellent pick here and could have an immediate impact for the Bills.

Howell will likely drop some in this draft because he is undersized, but all the production was there in college. He lacks ideal length, but he has an arsenal of speed moves and counters that he can win with. Cashius Howell also has the ability to bull rush with great power. He has a high motor and doesn’t quit on plays.

Cashius Howell could end up being a nightmare for quarterbacks and running backs in fantasy football. He is a threat to be a consistent nuisance in the backfield causing sacks, losses and turnovers.

San Francisco needs a starting guard and an eventual replacement for Trent Williams at left tackle. Kadyn Proctor can come in and immediately fill that void at guard and eventually move over as a replacement for Williams.

Proctor is an enormous human being. He has the size and length to play the tackle position. He has great power and anchors well in pass protection. He has great hand strength and can lock in pass rushers. Proctor’s slide to the later end of the round is a result of his indecisiveness when defenders aren’t one-on-one with him and his confusion when rushers cross with slants and short movements. These will be areas to work on and improve if the team that drafts him wants to get the most out of his abilities.

Proctor would make an immediate impact for the 49ers, as he would be clearing lanes for Christian McCaffrey and buying time for Brock Purdy in the pocket. Everyone knows what McCaffrey can do if he is healthy so keeping him clean in the backfield would be a huge help to McCaffrey fantasy owners.

Houston has needs at both the guard and center positions. Bisontis would be a very solid choice to fill in at the opening they have at the guard position.

Chase Bisontis is a well-rounded guard with the ability to be both a solid run blocker and solid pass blocker. He lacks ideal length but makes up for this with heavy hands and good core body strength mixed with solid footwork. Bisontis has good technique, but he will have to work on his consistency with his footwork as sometimes it can get a little sloppy.

Chase Bisontis should upgrade the Texans’ offensive line immediately and help to give C.J. Stroud some more time to get the ball to Nico Collins, Jayden Higgins, and Jaylin Noel. He should also give the running backs including newly acquired David Montgomery, some extra space to run the football.

I understand that some might say the Chiefs have what they need at the receiver position. They have Rashee Rice and a speedy field stretcher in former first round pick Xavier Worthy. However, in recent years they have had a big-bodied target and redzone threat in Travis Kelce. Kelce is coming back to the team this season, but they need to start thinking about who can fill this role when he is gone.  Enter Denzel Boston.

Denzel Boston is a big-bodied wide receiver that can high point the ball and win jump balls in the endzone. He uses his body well to separate and box out defenders.  Boston has strong hands and is able to make catches in traffic. Boston’s only downside is his lack of speed. He won’t cause a whole lot of separation with his speed, but his ability to use his body for separation helps him get around this issue.

Kansas City is a team that loves to throw the ball, and they have one of the best quarterbacks in the league. This could at least make Boston a flex play in fantasy football this season. I know he will have to compete with Rice, Worthy and Kelce for receptions, but his ability to be a possible redzone target immediately gives him some upside even as a rookie.

Here the Dolphins go out and get a weapon for new quarterback Malik Willis. Omar Cooper Jr. was the star receiver for number one overall pick Fernando Mendoza and Miami is looking for him to do the same thing for them.

Omar Cooper Jr. is an average-sized wide receiver with average speed. He played mostly as slot receiver in college, but he can play outside as well.  Cooper has excellent hands and can highpoint the ball over defenders. He won’t be a burner that stretches the defense, but he should be a very good chain mover who finds openings in coverage and makes very good catches in traffic.

Miami is very thin when it comes to the wide receiver position. They let Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle go this offseason and if Cooper were to be selected, he should immediately fill in as their number-one receiver. The volume of targets alone could make him a flex to number two receiver during this fantasy football season.

New England could use some help up front. Kayden McDonald would come in and provide an immediate plug in the middle of their defense.

McDonald is a massive defensive tackle with great strength and run-stuffing awareness. He has a knack for shedding blocks and attacking the correct gaps. McDonald has the strength to push offensive linemen back and help collapse the pocket. He will not be much of a force as a pass rusher, but he can help lock down the run game.

As far as fantasy football goes, McDonald could be a nightmare for starting running backs. He could force them to be one-dimensional and have to bounce the ball outside. Depending on the running back this could make for a long day for them.

Seattle lost running back Kenneth Walker this offseason, and running back Zach Charbonnet tore his ACL at the end of last season putting the start of his season in serious jeopardy. Running back is a big need for them and Jadarian Price could come in and carry the load from day one.

Jadarian Price is an efficient and balanced back. He lacks home run speed, but he has good quickness allowing him to make tacklers miss and run through tackles. He has very good vision and is able to find holes and follow blocks. Price has had some trouble holding onto the ball and will need to make sure that takes priority. He also has not been used much on third downs and may only really be a first and second down back at the next level.

Jadarian Price should come in for the Seahawks and be an immediate contributor. It may only be on first and second downs which could limit his production, but if he is playing consistently, I can see him coming in year one and being a low-end RB2 to flex play option.
